Commerce Definition

Commerce is nothing more than the process of exchanging goods and services. Two or more individuals or businesses will trade assets, such as goods, services, information, or money, to the perceived mutual benefit of each. The collective system of commerce in use today drives capitalism. The process of commercialization is the process of converting an object into an asset. For example, an inaccessible forest might be commercialized by making it accessible through new roads, hiking trails, and hotel construction.
